Flick arrived at Barcelona in the summer of 2024, replacing Xavi Hernandez as the first-team manager.
In his two years at the club, the former Bayern Munich and Germany boss has done an exceptional job, winning five trophies, including back-to-back La Liga titles.
Flick has gotten the team playing an attractive, attacking brand of football, while also placing his trust in the youth talents coming through La Masia, completely embracing the club’s long-standing philosophy.
