Dignity Health plans medical campus at site of new Cardinals training facility in Phoenix

Dignity Health has plans to build a 300,000-square-foot medical campus at the site of the new Arizona Cardinals performance center and headquarters in north Phoenix.

Phase 1 of the medical campus is set to begin in 2027, with an opening expected for 2028.

Dignity Health currently partners with the Cardinals and has the naming rights of their existing facility in Tempe.

“Our long-standing relationship with Dignity Health is a profound win for the entire community,” Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill said in a press release. “We are both deeply rooted in Arizona and our shared commitment to health, well-being and community impact has transformed this project from a simple idea into something truly special. This isn’t just about constructing buildings — it’s about building a healthier future for our community.”

The first business to join the Cardinals at the site of their new facility, Dignity Health is planning a multiphase project that will feature two buildings and span eight acres of the 217-acre property near Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 Pima Freeway.
