The Pittsburgh Steelers recently learned that starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers would be coming back for another season. Rodgers had a decent first season in Pittsburgh last year before flaming out in the playoffs, and now, he will be reunited with his former Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy with the Steelers.
One of Rodgers' top targets this year figures to be wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr., who was acquired by the Steelers from the Indianapolis Colts earlier this offseason.
Now, a new video has shown Rodgers connecting with Pittman at the team's ongoing OTAs.

While Pittman might not be a superstar, he gives the Steelers another veteran presence at the wide receiver position to pair alongside DK Metcalf.

Meanwhile, Rodgers was mostly solid throughout the 2025 season in Pittsburgh. Although he started to falter a bit down the stretch, he was able to turn back the clock and look more like the Packers version of himself in the team's regular season finale against the Baltimore Ravens, leading the Steelers to the playoffs as a result.
Unfortunately, things crashed and burned for Rodgers once he got there, as he performed horribly in the Steelers' loss to the Houston Texans, with some wondering whether his late pick six might have been the final image of the future Hall of Famer on an NFL field.
However, his recent decision to return to Pittsburgh has ensured that this will not be the case.
The Steelers' 2026 season is set to begin in early September, with Rodgers turning 43 years old before the campaign's conclusion.
