Arsenal moved closer to the Premier League title with a 1-0 win over Burnley at The Emirates on Monday night.
The result means Manchester City need to beat Bournemouth away tonight to stay in the race, but even if they do, Arsenal will need to win just one more game, away at Crystal Palace on Sunday, to win the league.
The only goal of the game came from Kai Havertz who nodded in a Bukayo Saka corner to give Arsenal a deserved half time lead. In truth Arsenal should probably have scored another before the break, where they looked well on top. The second half saw very few chances generated – Burnley had nothing but Arsenal were restricted to two chances for Ebere Eze, who probably should have found the net with one of them.

Man of the match: Declan Rice. I think it needs to be Declan, he was marshalling the midfield and did a great job. 73 passes, won 7/7 duels and made 5 tackles. He is World Class and consistent, he must be knackered, but two more games please Declan.
