Kyran Thompson has agreed a professional contract with Arsenal which is set to come into effect when he turns 17 on September 6th.
The versatile youngster, who can play as a striker, out wide or in midfield, signed for Arsenal from West Ham in 2024 having previously been at Hale End when he was very young.
This season Thompson has been a regular member of the U18 squad despite technically being an U16 player.
Thompson scored three goals and provided two assists in 26 league appearances for the U18s this season, while he also found the net in the UEFA Youth League and made his competitive debut for the U21s.
The England U17 international is set to be part of Arsenal’s scholarship intake this summer prior to turning professional.
