Some breaking news this afternoon is claiming that Chelsea have now entered the race to sign a rising star in the Premier League.
Chelsea are apparently in for Bournemouth’s Eli Junior Kroupi, after it was first reported yesterday that the Blues had an interest in the 19-year-old.
EXCLUSIVE! Enzo Fernandez directly tells Chelsea to sign Tottenham player this summer!
It’s being billed as a breaking news report this afternoon now though, via The Daily Mail, who don’t appear to mention or credit the original source who broke the news yesterday. That was actually The Guardian.
So it’s not exactly breaking news, is it? Although it is interesting to see that two outlets are now reporting Chelsea’s interest in the attacker, which means there is likely to be some decent substance to the reporting on it. Although, it also doesn’t sound like Bournemouth are even interested in selling the players this summer, so it might be dead in the water already.
