Chelsea’s last match of the Premier League campaign sees them take on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
It is a big game for both Chelsea and Sunderland, who could still qualify or miss out on European football.
This fixture will also give a couple of Sunderland players the chance to audition for a move to their opponents amid interest from them.

Chelsea are looking for a new goalkeeper, and that could see them turn to Robin Roefs, who has been excellent for Sunderland this season.
In an attempt to sign him, it has been claimed that Chelsea could even offer Mike Penders to Sunderland.
That is likely to be a loan deal, which would give Sunderland plenty of time to find a long-term successor to Roefs.
The 23-year-old has made 34 appearances in the Premier League this season, keeping 10 clean sheets. That is one more than Robert Sanchez has managed.
If Roefs puts in a good performance against Chelsea and helps Sunderland to finish above them in the Premier League table, he could end up replacing the Spaniard at Stamford Bridge next term.

At the opposite end of the pitch, Chelsea could also bring in another centre-forward and are said to have Brian Brobbey on their radar.
According to journalist Simon Phillips, Chelsea have been scouting Brobbey in the current campaign. This weekend, they will get to have another look at the Dutchman, this time against their own team.
Robin Roefs and Brian Brobbey have both been linked to Chelsea. If you had to sign one, who would it be?
Both men will be looking to down Chelsea on Sunday 👎

Brobbey has not been too prolific this season, scoring seven goals in 30 top-flight outings. However, he is a very strong and physically-imposing No.9 who looks built for this division.
If the Netherlands international can rough up the likes of Levi Colwill and Wesley Fofana a bit and score a goal, maybe that could convince Chelsea to go ahead and make a bid for him. It could be a big afternoon for Brobbey and Roefs.
