The 27-year-old, who will 28 during the tournament which is being held in the US, Mexico and Canada, is one of 26 players chosen by Thomas Tuchel.
He is one of three Arsenal players to be chosen following their first Premier League title in 22 years, as Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka have also been selected.
Eze spent six months on loan at Wycombe from Queens Park Rangers in the 2017/18 season, scoring five goals in 22 matches, as he helped Wycombe achieve promotion to the League One that season.
His impressive performances saw him get recalled by QPR, with former Chairboys manager Gareth Ainsworth describing Eze as the best player he has worked with in terms of ability.
After scoring 20 goals in 112 matches for the West London side, he moved south of the capital, joining Crystal Palace in 2020.
In the five years he spent at Selhurst Park, he managed to bag 40 goals in 169 matches, ahead of his move to North London last August.
