Barcelona are set to wave goodbye to Thiago Alcantara as the former midfielder is leaving Hansi Flick’s coaching staff.
Thiago departs after another successful season that has brought La Liga and Spanish Super Cup titles for the Catalan giants.
According to Jijantes, Thiago is moving on for personal reasons and said his farewells in training on Friday morning.
Thiago’s departure may not be the only change to Flick’s coaching staff this summer. There’s been speculation the Barca boss wants to bring in a new fitness coach after a season where he’s seen his team hit by many injury problems to key players
