Guardiola will take charge of his last game as Manager on Sunday for the 16:00 (UK) clash with the newly-crowned UEFA Europa League winners.
He will depart along with fellow icons John Stones and Bernardo Stones on what is sure to be an emotionally-charged afternoon.
