May 22 – Chelsea Women have expanded their partnership with Constant Contact, with the AI-powered marketing platform becoming the club’s new women-specific Training Kit Partner for the 2026/27 season.
The agreement represents a significant upgrade in the relationship between the two organisations after Constant Contact first partnered with Chelsea Women in January 2025. Under the new deal, the company’s branding will appear on training kits, matchday warm-up tops and travel wear worn by players and staff throughout the season.
No value was given for the sponsorship.
The partnership reflects the growing commercial strength of the women’s game, with brands looking beyond traditional sponsorship visibility towards campaigns built around community engagement and entrepreneurship as that side of the sports begins to show real commercial promise.
Chelsea Women and Constant Contact have already collaborated on a number of initiatives focused on supporting female business owners, most notably through the launch of ‘The Growth Locker’ – an online platform designed to provide practical tools, insights and resources for women-led small businesses.
The relationship will also extend into Chelsea Women’s pre-season tour of Australia and New Zealand later this year, where Constant Contact has been named Presenting Partner for the trip. The tour is expected to include fan engagement events and activations aimed at local entrepreneurs and business communities.
Giulia Mazzia, Commercial Director for Chelsea FC Women, said: “When we started working with Constant Contact in 2025, we knew the partnership was going to grow into something special. The team there are deeply committed to not only championing women but also steadfastly committed to putting resources in place to build long-term tangible change; in a world that traditionally sees 57% of female business leaders lack confidence which stalls their momentum, we know it’s needed now more than ever.
“To grow our relationship by welcoming Constant Contact as our Official Training Kit Partner means we commit to each other – again – to raise the bar, provide the visibility to help break down barriers and unlock potential. All values we hold close to our hearts here at Chelsea FC Women.”
Berit Block, Head of International Marketing at Constant Contact, added: “Extending our partnership with Chelsea FC Women to Principal Partner marks a genuine milestone for us. We’ve built this partnership on shared values – backing the people who back themselves, whether that’s a player pushing for the top or a small business owner building something from scratch. That’s exactly what Constant Contact exists to do, and this is us doubling down on that commitment.”
Chelsea Women’s 2026/27 training kit is set to be unveiled in early July as the club continues to strengthen one of the most commercially developed operations in women’s football.
