Chelsea need a win on the final day of the season to secure their place in Europe next season, and we have predicted the XI that will be tasked with completing this objective.
The Blues could qualify for the Europa League with a victory against Sunderland, assuming a number of other results go in their favour.
Defeat would see the Black Cats overtake Chelsea in the league, seeing them miss out on European qualification altogether.
Where will Chelsea be in the table by 6pm on Sunday afternoon?😬

Chelsea predicted XI vs Sunderland
The Blues stars will know that Xabi Alonso will be watching on from afar, as he continues to build his squad in his head for next season.
The Chelsea Chronicle have predicted the XI which will start the all important final game of the season.
Robert Sanchez is without a Premier League clean sheet since January, although will be tasked with delivering a crucial one at the Stadium of Light.

Calum McFarlane hinted Reece James will be fit enough to start for the Blues, and we are predicting he will captain the side for the final time this season.
Wesley Fofana has enjoyed a strong run of form in recent weeks, and will get the chance to continue in the side this weekend.
He will be partnered by a returning Levi Colwill, who will be out to prove a point to England manager Thomas Tuchel after his exclusion from the World Cup squad.
At left-back, Marc Cucurella will be preferred to Jorrel Hato, despite both impressing of late.
Moises Caicedo will be the first selection in the heart of midfield, with him another who is showing signs of his best again.
He will be partnered by Andrey Santos, who found the net for the first time in Premier League history with his goal against Tottenham.
Ahead of those two, Enzo Fernandez will feature, with some theorising it could be for the last time before a move away from Stamford Bridge.
If Chelsea have to sell this summer, which ONE are you sacrificing?🤔

Cole Palmer will be out with a point to prove after there was no room for him in the England squad either. He showed signs of his best again against Spurs.
Pedro Neto will be hoping to have more of an impact on the left of attack than he managed in his return to the starting side on Tuesday night.
Up front, Joao Pedro will hopefully be fit to start, with there very little faith in Liam Delap in delivering in the key moments.
