FootballTransfers runs through the biggest rumours and gossip from 24 May, including the latest updates on Micky van de Ven, Mateus Fernandes and Levi Colwill.
Van de Ven wants Liverpool
Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven is keen on a summer transfer to Liverpool, according to Ben Jacobs.
The Netherlands international is facing an uncertain future at Spurs and will almost certainly leave the club if they suffer relegation to the Championship. Even if they stay up, Van de Ven could be on the way out.
Liverpool and Man Utd have been linked with the centre-back in recent months, and Van de Ven would prioritise a move to Anfield over Old Trafford. He would also prefer to join Liverpool rather than stay at Tottenham.
Man Utd step up Fernandes talks

Man Utd have "ramped up" their interest in West Ham midfielder Mateus Fernandes, The Sun claims.
The Red Devils have held fresh discussions about a move for the 21-year-old. West Ham would prefer to keep Fernandes, but they will likely be forced to sell should they get relegated to the Championship.
The report makes no mention of the midfielder's potential price tag, but it has been rumoured that West Ham are demanding close to €100m for the Portuguese. Arsenal and PSG are also interested.
Colwill stance unchanged
Liverpool remain interested in Levi Colwill, but Chelsea have not changed their not-for-sale stance, Football Insider states.
The Reds first looked into a deal for the England defender in 2023, but Chelsea have repeatedly made it clear that they consider Colwill "untouchable." Colwill was handed a fresh deal in 2023 to fend off Liverpool's interest.
His terms expire in 2029, though there is the option to extend his deal by a further season. It is claimed that his "contract situation" has attracted Liverpool again, but a deal remains incredibly unlikely.
Man Utd make Diomande decision

Man Utd have informed RB Leipzig wonderkid Yan Diomande that they are not prepared to spend €100m on him, Fabrizio Romano reports.
The Ivory Coast international remains a target for the Red Devils, but a deal is currently unlikely due to his cost. Instead, Liverpool and PSG are pushing hard for his signature, though the 19-year-old could opt to stay at Leipzig for another season.
Should Diomande move to Paris, it would influence the future of PSG winger Bradley Barcola, who is also a target for Liverpool. The France international is fielding "genuine" interest from Arsenal as well, Romano says.
Maresca wants Fernandez
Enzo Maresca is keen to sign Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez for Man City, Florian Plettenberg has confirmed.
The former Blues head coach will replace Pep Guardiola as Man City manager ahead of the new season, and he is determined to bring Fernandez with him to the Etihad.
The two forged a strong relationship during their time together at Stamford Bridge. Fernandez made no secret of the fact that he was devastated when Maresca quit Chelsea in January.
