Official Announcement Date: The Premier League has confirmed the complete fixture list for the 2026/27 campaign will be published on June 19 via its official website and app. This date maintains the established pattern of unveiling the schedule in mid-June, approximately three to four weeks following the end of the previous campaign.
Announcement Time: The full schedule will be published simultaneously on the official Premier League website at 10am. Fans can also view the complete fixture list directly through the league's official mobile application.
Recurring Scheduling Patterns: Traditionally, the league publishes fixtures on a weekday morning, typically a Thursday or Friday, enabling broadcasters such as Sky Sports and TNT Sports to commence their selection process. The first batch of televised fixture amendments can be expected shortly following the initial publication, usually by early July.
Impact of the 2026 FIFA World Cup: The 2026/27 season will commence one week later than normal (August 22) to allow for player recovery after the FIFA World Cup 2026 final in July. This modification ensures an 89-day interval from the conclusion of the previous domestic campaign, prioritising player welfare amid an increasingly packed calendar.
Congestion Management: The fixture list will include 33 weekend rounds and five midweek rounds, deliberately structured to prevent conflicts with the expanded UEFA club competition calendar.
