Ominous message for Arsenal’s rivals.

William Saliba lifted the Premier League title in Arsenal’s 3-0 thrashing of Crystal Palace as Mikel Arteta’s side were crowned the champions of England.

Saliba has been outstanding for the Gunners and even this season, he has proven to be instrumental in the club’s crowning achievement.

With Arsenal set to face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final next, the Frenchman has the chance to win Europe’s elite competition as well this campaign.

As Mikel Arteta and Co celebrated winning the title, Saliba had a warning for the rest of the English top-flight.

William Saliba says Arsenal will win more Premier League titles

Saliba did not feature against Crystal Palace as Arteta rested a number of his key players ahead of Arsenal’s blockbuster clash against PSG.

However, after the contest, the former Saint-Etienne centre-back was in high spirits.

Saliba was celebrating the title with Max Dowman, the youngest winner of the Premier League title in history when he sent an ominous warning to Arsenal’s rivals.

“With my guy here, just won the Premier League but it’s not the last one! It’s not the last one, isn’t it?”

William Saliba has an elite mentality

On a day where everyone associated with Arsenal has every right to be in a celebratory mood, Saliba’s elite mentality shone through as he mentioned the club’s potential of building a dynasty.

Arsenal could capitalise on Pep Guardiola’s exit and much like the Catalan, they could also win multiple league titles successively as the latter did at Manchester City.

Whether the club reaches City’s heights is unimportant but as Saliba said, they have every chance of etching their names into Arsenal folklore as the best side in the institution’s history.
