The latest Chelsea transfer news suggests that Levi Colwill is not for sale, with the Blues firmly rejecting Liverpool’s growing interest and committing to the young defender as a cornerstone of their future plans.
Liverpool track Levi Colwill as defensive planning continues
As per The Hard Tackle, Liverpool have shown renewed interest in Levi Colwill as they shape their squad for next season. The club want long-term stability at the back ahead of another demanding Premier League campaign. Chelsea hold firm on Levi Colwill

Colwill suits modern defensive systems well, stepping into midfield during build-up and helping his team maintain possession under pressure. That is exactly what top clubs want from a centre-back today.
For Liverpool, he would have been a smart long-term fix. Their defensive situation is uncertain and Colwill would have added real quality. But on the Chelsea transfer news front, the Blues are right to hold firm. Selling a young homegrown defender to a direct rival makes no sense, especially with a new manager coming in. Keeping Colwill gives Alonso a strong base to build from.
