The eyes of the world will be on Budapest this weekend as Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal battle in the final of the Champions League and Record Sport has all the key details - including the reason for an unusual kick-off time.

Luis Enrique's star-studded Les Rouge-et-Bleu romped to the title 12 months ago when they thumped Inter Milan 5-0 and are bidding to become only the second team in the modern era after Real Madrid to retain the trophy in the following season.

But the Ligue 1 winners face a Gunners team that are on cloud nine after being crowned as Premier League champions for the first time in 22 years.

MIkel Arteta's side won the championship with a game to spare and are now eyeing up their first ever Champions League title, having previously finished as runner's up way back in 2006.

When is the final? PSG against Arsenal takes place on Saturday, May 30 with a kick-off time off 5pm (BST) at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary. Traditionally, Champions League finals are normally played at 8pm (BST) but this year, UEFA have brought the showpiece event forward by three hours to "enhance the matchday experience and benefit fans, teams and host cities".

The earlier kick-off time also benefits broadcasters - who will be able to show the final to a larger audience - and is designed to make the event much safer for families with children attending the game. UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin said: "With this change, we are placing the fans' experience at the heart of our planning. The new kick-off time will make it even more accessible, inclusive and impactful for everyone involved."
