Alejandro Garnacho is moving closer and closer to the exit door at Chelsea despite having only joined the club last summer.
It has been a disappointing debut season for Garnacho, who now looks likely to leave Stamford Bridge for a fresh start.
Chelsea have had a lot of underperformers this term, hence their 10th-place finish in the Premier League, and the winger is undoubtedly one of them.

Chelsea to work with Alejandro Garnacho’s agent to find him new club
In a desperate attempt to offload Garnacho in the upcoming transfer window, Chelsea are set to work with Garnacho’s agent and offer him to other clubs for around £40m.
Journalist Simon Phillips has claimed as much on Si Phillips Talks Chelsea and has also reported that Napoli are likely to be one of the teams they contact after previous interest in the player from the Italian outfit.
Garnacho is not the only Chelsea star who could end up leaving the Blues this summer. The likes of Enzo Fernandez and Joao Pedro are also being linked with moves away from west London.
It is thought that Enzo Maresca is desperate to bring Enzo Fernandez to Manchester City after he officially becomes boss there.
Regarding Pedro, he has caught Barcelona’s attention after a very productive season.
Chelsea made a mistake getting rid of Noni Madueke! Do you agree?😠
Alejandro Garnacho’s 2025/26 stats disappointing
The numbers do not make for good reading if you are Garnacho. In 24 Premier League appearances, he scored just one goal.
The 21-year-old did manage to register a few assists, but his figures are still very underwhelming.
According to WhoScored, Garnacho completed just 0.6 dribbles per game, which is such a low average for a winger.
It is no wonder that Chelsea fans are so disappointed with the Argentina international. A fresh start could now really benefit Garnacho, with Napoli possibly set to offer him that.
Garnacho is still only 21. He has plenty of years ahead of him but probably not at Chelsea.
