Fresh off his historic Championship title triumph, Chelsea legend Frank Lampard is turning heads across the top flight, with reports suggesting he could be tempted away from Coventry City.
Frank Lampard’s managerial journey has undergone a spectacular redemption arc. After highly scrutinised top-flight stints at Everton and his beloved Chelsea, where he served as both permanent head coach and later as a caretaker, Lampard chose to rebuild his reputation away from the Premier League spotlight.
Taking over a struggling Coventry City side, he pulled off the impossible. He guided the Sky Blues to the Championship title and won the prestigious LMA Manager of the Year award.
Before Chelsea finalised their pursuit of Xabi Alonso, Lampard was even on the Blues’ radar as a candidate for an emotional return to Stamford Bridge.

Frank Lampard open to the Crystal Palace job
According to Sami Mokbel of the BBC, Frank Lampard is an option for Crystal Palace if Andoni Iraola declines taking over this season.
And there is some optimism at Palace that Lampard would be open to joining ahead of next season.
Palace are set to be in the Europa League next season after winning the Conference League against Rayo Vallecano, offering an extra incentive.
However, Lampard has built the foundations at Coventry City, so it is a risk.

Frank Lampard has his eye on some Chelsea players
Frank Lampard is aiming to exploit his deep-rooted connections at Stamford Bridge to spearhead Coventry City’s Premier League recruitment drive, should he stay.
The Coventry boss is understood to have placed highly rated 18-year-old winger Jesse Derry at the very top of his summer wishlist for a season-long loan.
Additionally, the Sky Blues are actively monitoring versatile young defender Josh Acheampong, proving Lampard intends to rely heavily on Chelsea’s crown jewels for top-flight survival.
