Chelsea have reportedly made enquiries for TWO Real Madrid players and admire two others at the club as well.
This is one of those stories that is gradually heating up now as we approach the next transfer window opening up next month. We are not at the end of May, so expect things to start happening very soon now. Some players will probably prefer to wait until after the World Cup to have their futures sorted out, if they are playing there at least. Whilst others may wish to have their futures sorted BEFORE they go out to the World Cup so they can just focus on playing for their countries this summer.

Either way, the Enzo Fernandez transfer saga is one that could drag on, even though Chelsea do not want it to.
Real Madrid are the most heavily linked team right now, but due to Fernandez’ expensive fee, we could see players from Real Madrid going to Chelsea as a make-weight.

TEAMtalk have named four Real Madrid players who could go the other way in any deal for them to land Enzo Fernandez this summer.
They claim that Real Madrid midfielders Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga both have admirers within Chelsea’s recruitment structure and are viewed internally as players capable of helping offset Enzo Fernandez’s departure should talks ever progress seriously.
As well as this, the report says that two younger names at Real Madrid have also featured prominently during exploratory discussions by intermediaries. Chelsea have made enquiries over both Jacobo Ramon and Chema Andres during the past 12 months.
