Marcus Rashford's future remains a hot topic going into the summer transfer window
Manchester United look as though they're going to be the first Premier League side to strengthen their squad, after agreeing a £37m deal to sign Atalanta midfielder Ederson. Michael Carrick guided the side back to the Champions League and was appointed permanent manager after an impressive stint in charge.
United know they have to strengthen his squad if they want to compete on multiple fronts and the club are hopeful of signing another midfielder, with Nottingham Forest's Elliot Anderson at the top of their transfer wishlist. In terms of outgoings, Carrick also needs to find a solution to Marcus Rashford's future, with Barcelona reportedly not willing to activate their option-to-buy.
Premier League winners Arsenal are also looking to strengthen and have been linked with a move for Aston Villa playmaker Morgan Rogers. The Gunners, United and Chelsea are all being linked with the England international who has made a strong start to the season.
Liverpool are also looking to rebuild their squad this summer and know they need to find a replacement for club legend Mohamed Salah after his departure from Anfield was confirmed. Yan Diomande, Bradley Barcola and Anthony Gordon have all been linked with a move to Arne Slot's side, though they look set to miss out on the latter after the Newcastle star underwent a medical at Barcelona.
