Anthony Gordon exit will leave Newcastle quids in but there is also a risk factor attached to his sale to Barcelona

Newcastle United have said their farewells to Anthony Gordon ahead of his money-spinning move to Barcelona.
The deal is worth in excess of £69.3m in total and includes a clever clause inserted by sporting director Ross Wilson, who thrashed out the sale in a no-nonsense manner.
The moment that it became clear Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich were not prepared to pay the asking price, the spotlight swung firmly on to La Liga big guns Barca.
Newcastle could bank up to €1million per season if Gordon features in 60 per cent of fixtures, something he has never struggled to do during his time at United.
That could chalk up an extra €5m from the deal for Newcastle, while a further €5m will be paid if Gordon helps Barca win trophies and titles.
For Newcastle, the deal represents a significant profit, with 15 per cent of that being paid to Everton as the Toffees also cash in on the Gordon sale.

Gordon cost United £45million in 2023 and had bags of potential but was far from the finished article, with many feeling he was a little raw for such a big money buy, but Wilson also insisted on a future sell-on clause before agreeing to the sale.
Gordon has been getting his feet under the table, but the speed of the deal has enabled the Merseyside-born star to get all the formalities done quickly enough to link up with England on time ahead of the World Cup.
The sale also allows Newcastle to start their business earlier and not have the stress of worrying over a possible injury at the World Cup.
By the same token, though, if Gordon bangs the goals in, the fee could not look so attractive; he becomes one of the stars of the tournament.
Gordon's unveiling will take place at 12pm today, before a Press conference at 12.30 pm will follow at the Nou Camp, according to Marca in Spain.
On Sunday, it was obvious that Gordon was on his way as he held a long on-pitch chat with Toon coach Graeme Jones.
He'd already told his Newcastle team-mates he was going long before that, according to some insiders at United with the aftermath of the Barca defeat in the Champions League deemed a crucial turning point.
But he does not leave on bad terms, and there is genuine warmth around the player's exit. Newcastle must sell to buy, and for the second time in three summers, Gordon was deemed a sellable asset.
