Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are putting the finishing touches to their preparations ahead of the Champions League final this weekend, with both travelling squads now announced. The Gunners face the Champions League holders in Budapest on Saturday (5pm) as they bid to cap a remarkable season following their Premier League title triumph just days ago.
Mikel Arteta's squad have made their way to Hungary, with full-back Jurrien Timber included in the party. The Dutchman was pictured boarding the plane on Thursday, representing a potential boost for Arsenal.
Timber has been sidelined since March after sustaining a groin injury. He returned to training this week and could potentially be in contention for the match.
PSG also appear to have received an injury boost, with both Ousmane Dembele and Achraf Hakimi named in their travelling party. Dembele picked up an injury in the final Ligue 1 fixture of the season against Paris FC and has been absent from training.
Full-back Hakimi, who netted against Arsenal in last year's semi-final, has been sidelined since the first leg of this year's semi-final against Bayern Munich. Both players have travelled with Luis Enrique's squad, indicating that they could both be fit for the final.
