Liverpool legend Jurgen Klopp's agent has ruled out a surprise career move after he was linked with a return to management this week with a Saudi Pro League club

The agent of Liverpool legend Jurgen Klopp, Marc Kosicke, has ruled out a surprise career move for the 58-year-old after he was linked with a return to management this week.
The Saudi Pro League club Al Ittihad has just parted ways with Francisco Conceicao and views Klopp as its "dream" candidate, but it was always aware that enticing him would be near impossible.
Klopp is content with the role that he has now with the Red Bull group. There is no suggestion that he wants to come back into coaching, though there has long been a theory that he only wants to take over from Julian Nagelsmann in the Germany hotseat.
"There is no possibility for Klopp to manage Al-Ittihad this year," Kosicke told WinWin, emphatically ruling out a move to the Saudi Pro League, at least for now.
In March, Kosicke was forced to step in when rumors linking Klopp with Real Madrid seemed to be gaining momentum. He swiftly cut down any suggestions that the ex-Liverpool boss would be turning up at the Bernabeu.
Jose Mourinho is set to be confirmed as the new head coach at Real Madrid, taking over from Alvaro Arbeloa, who replaced Xabi Alonso in January when he was fired.

"Jurgen Klopp is very happy with his current role at Red Bull, and what is being said about negotiations to coach Real Madrid are just rumors for now," Kosicke said at the time.
Atletico Madrid was also linked at the time, though there is no suggestion that Diego Simeone is going anywhere, nor that Klopp would be interested in any potential vacancy.
Kosicke also specifically rejected suggestions that Klopp could move into international management ahead of the World Cup.
"There's no need to answer questions about things that are just rumors," he added. "Nobody has contacted us at this time."

Liverpool FC have launched their new home kit for the 2026/27, inspired by iconic adidas strip worn during the club's 1989/90 title-winning campaign.
"I'm in a place, as a person, where I'm completely at peace with where I am," Klopp had said in January.
"I don't want to be somewhere else. I don't get up and get excited if Real Madrid are showing interest, if they would be, but it's the media.
"Do I want to coach again? At the moment, I would say no, but I cannot say never, never, never. I don't expect to change my mind, but I don't know."

Liverpool.com says: Klopp being Germany manager definitely feels like a possibility. Anything else, though, and it is hard to see him wanting to move away from the more relaxed lifestyle that he has now.
