However, he stated on his Substack that they are not set to pursue a move due to his lack of pace being a real concern.
He said: “The Blues have had scouts at a number of his live games ahead of possibly looking to make a move to sign him this summer.
“However, at this point it looks like any Chelsea move to sign him will not happen. There are mostly concerns around Stiller’s lack of pace.
“But as well as that, sources say there is concern around his lack of physicality and adapting to the Premier League. His asking price is believed to be around £60m, which would be considered too high for Chelsea.”

Chelsea need a new midfielder this summer
Despite the fact the Blues have tied Moises Caicedo down to a new contract, they are going to need reinforcements if either Fernandez or Lavia leave this summer.
Chelsea have been credited with interest in Adam Wharton and Elliot Anderson, although both are set to have plenty of Premier League suitors.
The Blues have already agreed a deal to sign Valentin Barco at the end of the season following his excellent season with Strasbourg.
Chelsea chiefs and supporters will get a viewing of the youngster at the top level after he was called up to the Argentina squad for the World Cup.
