Arsenal take on PSG in the UEFA Champions League final at the Puskas Arena
Arsenal take on Paris Saint-Germain in the Puskas Arena in Budapest, where they will look to make history by winning the Champions League for the very first time. Standing in their way are the competition holders who eliminated them at the semi-final stage last season.
Their head coach, Luis Enrique, says their motivation to win a second successive title in the tournament is even greater than Arsenal’s hopes of lifting their first. While Mikel Arteta agreed that PSG are the favourites due to their status as holders, but that it is their aim to come and take the crown from them.
There was a big boost for the Gunners in the form of Jurrien Timber, who Arteta confirmed is fit enough to start the final. Whereas Enrique confirmed both Nuno Mendes and Achraf Hakimi can both play, whilst Ousmane Dembele also confirmed his availability.
