All the details for Arsenal's trophy parade

Date: The celebration will take place on Sunday, May 31. The occasion will act as a joint celebration for both the men's and women's teams after the latter won the FIFA Champions Cup earlier this season.

Time: The parade commences at 2pm. Fans are encouraged to arrive in Islington early to secure a good vantage point before the crowds peak.

Route: From the stadium, the buses will enter Holloway Road from Drayton Park. The route continues east along Seven Sisters Road before heading down Blackstock Road, Mount Grove Road and Green Lanes. Continuing south along Petherton Road, Beresford Road and Newington Green Road, the bus heads south along Essex Road before turning north at Angel Tube station onto Upper Street. The bus then heads towards Highbury and Islington station and back onto the Holloway Road.

Closures: The Emirates and the roads directly surrounding it will be shut to the public. Organisers have specifically cautioned supporters against gathering at the stadium, Hornsey Road, Benwell Road or Drayton Park. The buses will not be visible from those locations.

Disruption: Local disruption is anticipated on the day as Islington Council enforces comprehensive road closures and parking restrictions beginning as early as 4am. These wide-ranging traffic measures and security operations are expected to stay in effect until about 8pm.

Tradition broken: For public safety reasons, the club has opted to scrap the traditional stationary trophy presentation outside Islington Town Hall. With over 500,000 supporters expected to attend, the open-top buses will remain in constant motion throughout the route to ensure the massive crowds remain safely spread out.

Public transport: Services across central and north London will be exceptionally busy, with several local bus routes facing diversions. Those intending to travel to Islington are strongly advised to check the Transport for London website and consider arriving the night before to sidestep any disruption.

Online coverage: The entire event will be broadcast online. The 'Champions Live From N5' coverage will be streamed live across the official Arsenal app, YouTube, Facebook and X from the start.
