Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) midfielder Joao Neves has called out Arsenal after beating the Gunners in the Champions League final. The French giants beat Mikel Arteta's side 4-3 on penalties to retain the trophy after a 1-1 scoreline after 120 minutes.
Neves has been a key part of Luis Enrique's side that have conquered Europe back-to-back twice. The Portuguese midfielder blasted Arsenal after the game claiming only one team were willing to play.
Kai Havertz scored in the sixth minute for Mikel Arteta's side before Ousmane Dembele equalized from the spot in the 65th minute. The Gunners defended deep throughout the game frustrating Luis Enrique's side and took the game to penalties. Joao Neves hit out at the English champions after the game stating (As per Get Football News France):
"We deserve it today, because PSG were the only team willing to play. It’s not even the victory in itself that pleases me, but playing with such teammates, this staff, and this management. I love everything here."
PSG enjoyed 75% possesion in the Champions League final and took 21 shots out of which four were on target. They had 43 touches in the opposition penalty box and completed 806 passes.
Meanwhile, Arsenal had seven shots out of which only one was on target and had only 14 touches in the opposition box. They made only 196 accurate passes and registered only 0.44 xG compared to PSG's 1.77.
Chelsea appear to mock Arsenal following their Champions League loss against PSG
Premier League giants Chelsea seemingly took a dig at their local rivals Arsenal minutes after their heartbreaking loss against PSG in the Champions League final. The Gunners lost out to Luis Enrique's side on penalties following a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes.

Chelsea's post is seemingly a dig at their local rivals' lack of success in the Champions League. Arsenal are yet to win the most coveted trophy in European club football while the Blues have won it twice.
The Gunners have enjoyed more success domestically than Chelsea but have only won one UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1993-94. Meanwhile, Chelsea have won the Champions League twice, Europa League twice, Conference League once, UEFA Cup Winners' Cup twice and UEFA Super Cup twice. They have also won the FIFA Club World Cup twice.
