Rice’s mentality helped Arsenal win the Premier League but PSG maintained their supremacy in the Champions League by winning successive titles.
The England international looked at the bright side of things, reflecting on a fantastic season for the Gunners while thanking the supporters for backing the team.
Rice wrote on Instagram: “Proud of this group. Proud of these players. An incredible season ended in the cruelest way but that won’t define us. We will be back.
“Now it is time to enjoy the parade with the people that have made this season possible. Our fans have been incredible and we can’t wait to celebrate with you later. You all deserve it! Thank you Gunners.”
Declan Rice knows Arsenal will win the Champions League soon
There is no doubt that Rice will be as upset, if not even more than Arsenal fans after PSG beat them in Budapest.
However, Mikel Arteta’s side have brought the good times back for the supporters and the future looks bright for the North Londoners, having won the league and ultimately lost two cup finals this season.
In a video shared by TNT Sports, Rice was smiling after Arsenal lost to PSG in the Champions League final.

The midfielder is seemingly confident that Arsenal will eventually win the competition.
