Arsenal are in discussions over a potential move for Leicester City's highly-regarded youngster, Jeremy Monga. The 16-year-old has become a regular fixture in City's first-team squad throughout the past two seasons.
The Gunners hold Monga in high esteem, with ongoing talks to explore the possibility of a transfer, according to our sister title football.london. It is understood that any deal could earn City somewhere between £10million and £15million.
Monga made his Leicester debut in the Premier League during the 2024/25 campaign at just 15 years of age, going on to make seven league appearances between April and the close of the season under former manager Ruud van Nistelrooy.

Despite relegation to the Championship, City successfully fended off interest from rival clubs last summer, with the teenager penning an academy scholarship upon turning 16.
That agreement is expected to transition into a professional contract this summer, on his 17th birthday on 10th July. While a transfer fee with Arsenal could be settled, there remains the prospect of a tribunal determining whether the Gunners have offered a reasonable sum for the young talent.
During the previous campaign, Monga featured 30 times across all competitions, etching his name into the record books as the Championship's youngest ever goalscorer when he found the net against Preston North End in August.
City's drop into League One has reignited transfer speculation. A fee between £10-15 million would represent pure profit for Monga, who has been with the club since joining the academy aged 9.

Monga is currently on international duty with England's U18s. He netted the winning goal in the 2-1 victory over Greece U19s and also scored in the commanding 6-1 triumph against Cyprus.
Speaking following Monga's goal vs Preston back in August, then City manager Marti Cifuentes heaped praise on the teenager.
“What I know is that he’s already a fantastic player at his age," he said. “The thing I value the most from him is that he’s humble and at the same time he’s brave when he plays on the pitch.
“He just wants to enjoy playing football and he has the freedom, from me as well, to make sure that he expresses himself on the pitch.
“I’m very happy for him, not only because of the goal but the way he performed in the game, the way he is growing since I’ve been here. He’s taking steps to understand the game better.
“Hopefully we can enjoy him for a long time. As long as he’s humble, as long as he keeps working day by day, I’m sure he will be a great player.”
