**Liverpool spoke to Jurgen Klopp in order to get his thoughts on appointing Andoni Iraola as their next manager, according to a new claim.**
The Spaniard is replacing Arne Slot in the dugout at Anfield, in what is an exciting and much-needed appointment, following such a poor season in all competitions.

The way they defend (is) really good, really compact. So that’s proper.”_
