Estimated read time2 min read

Two lucky fans will get to see the New York Knicks play in Game 3 of the NBA Finals from the best seats in the house: Courtside, on what is called “Celebrity Row.”

Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. announced yesterday that they will auction two seats to benefit the Garden of Dreams Foundation. The fundraiser begins tomorrow, Thursday, June 4 at noon on Knicks.com/celebrityrowauction. “These seats place you steps from the action, surrounded by athletes, celebs, and New York’s biggest names. This is basketball at its absolute highest level,” notes the fundraiser. The seats are located in Row AA, and they are seats 25 and 26.

The Garden of Dreams Foundation is “a non-profit organization that works with the MSG Family of Companies – MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports and Sphere Entertainment – to positively impact the lives of children facing obstacles,” the auction explains. “The Foundation works with 30 partner organizations throughout the tri-state area, including hospitals, wish organizations, and community-based organizations, to reach children who are facing challenges such as homelessness, extreme poverty, illness, and foster care.”

Knicks owner James Dolan said, “Offering Celebrity Row seats for the NBA Finals at The Garden presents an unforgettable opportunity for fans, while supporting an organization that truly changes lives for the better.”

Last week, the Knicks also donated hundreds of free tickets to underprivileged youth via the Garden of Dreams. 500 tickets were given out across Games 3 and 4, which will be played at home at MSG. If the series goes to Game 6, another Knicks home game, there will be 250 more tickets donated.
