Anonymous source makes explosive AJ Brown-Eagles claims in viral video

The A.J. Brown trade to New England is done, but the stories coming out of Philadelphia are just getting started. A video clip making rounds on social media this week contains explosive allegations from an anonymous source about Brown’s time with the Eagles, including claims of deliberate on-field sabotage, feuds with multiple teammates, and deeply personal grievances. The person sharing the information repeatedly framed it as alleged and unverified.

The anonymous source alleged that Brown intentionally underperformed in certain games to undermine quarterback Jalen Hurts; that Brown requested a trade after Week 4 specifically because Eagles ownership began openly defending Hurts; and that Brown had serious personal fallout with DeVonta Smith, Brandon Graham, and LeSean McCoy.

The source described Brown’s behavior toward some teammates as “psychopathic” and said he threatened Graham physically. None of this has been independently confirmed, and the person presenting it explicitly stated: “Allegedly from my source to y’all.”

What is actually verified and what Brown said publicly

Brown’s trade request after Week 4 is documented. ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Dianna Russini both reported the request following the Rams game in Oct 2025. Brown has never denied it.

Brown addressed the Eagles’ situation directly in a statement shortly after the trade. He called his time in Philadelphia a great chapter, said his relationship with Hurts was built on respect, and denied that personal animus drove his departure. “I love Jalen. That’s my brother,” Brown said.

The broader Eagles drama is documented through verifiable moments. Brandon Graham said on 94WIP in December 2024 that “things have changed” between Brown and Hurts, a comment he later walked back, according to Philadelphia Inquirer.

DeSean Jackson said the rift was “60% football, 40% non-football” on Kay Adams’ show on June 2. Cameras caught Smith appearing to stop sitting with Brown on the sideline midway through the 2025 season, something multiple observers noted publicly.

The anonymous video has drawn attention specifically because some of what the source claims connects to things that were already circulating as verified tension.

The sabotage claims and personal feud characterizations remain entirely uncorroborated. Brown is now in New England. Whatever the full story was in Philadelphia, the only people who actually know it haven’t spoken on the record.
