Donald Trump NBA Finals attendance plans revealed

U.S. President Donald Trump will be in attendance for Game 3 of the NBA Finals between the Spurs and the Knicks.

Donald Trump will be in attendance to watch this year's NBA Finals, and the game he will appear in has finally been confirmed.

Barring any changes to his schedule, the United States President will reportedly attend Game 3 of the Finals series between the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs, per Joe Vardon of The Athletic.

Game 3 is set on Monday in Madison Square Garden.

Previous reports have already emerged about Trump's NBA Finals attendance plans. A New York native, Trump is a well-known Knicks fan and revealed that he was actually invited by franchise owner James Dolan to watch in person.

Trump originally planned to attend a potential Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Knicks and the Cavaliers at the Garden, but the series ended in a 4-0 sweep in Cleveland.

The last time a sitting president was present at an NBA game came in 2015, when Barack Obama attended a matchup between the Chicago Bulls and the Cavaliers.
