NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Tyler Shough started nine games as a rookie last season, logging a 5-4 record with the Saints.
In Year 2, expectations are starting to ramp up for Shough, but postseason awards will be hard to come by for the former second round pick.
Shough is currently 80-1 to win the AP NFL MVP award. Twenty-two quarterbacks are ahead of Shough in the betting odds according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
The Bills Josh Allen is the favorite at 6-1 odds, Ravens Lamar Jackson at 7-1, Patriots Drake Maye +850, Rams Matthew Stafford 9-1, Bengals Joe Burrow +950.
In the NFC South, Buccaneers Baker Mayfield is 55-1, Panthers Bryce Young is 100-1, Falcons Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix, Jr. are at 125-1.
