Arsenal have announced that 15 players will leave the club on June 30 when their contracts expire. From the men’s senior team, there are no surprises with all of the current squad contracted beyond this summer.
Jakub Kiwior, not included on the list, will be sold this summer after an agreement was reached with Porto over a permanent sale following this season’s loan. The same deal is in place for Piero Hincapie to join permanently from Bayer Leverkusen.
From the women’s team, club legends Beth Mead and Katie McCabe will leave the club after many years of service. The latter will join Chelsea for the new season, while Mead has been linked with a move to Manchester City, where she could join up with Vivianne Miedema.

Laia Codina, Victoria Pelova, Barbora Votikova, Naomi Williams and Manuela Zinsberger will also leave. Caitlin Foord , whose contract expires at the end of the month, is in discussions with the club over an extension of her deal.
From the men’s youth team, Sam Chapman, Harrison Dudziak, Seb Ferdinand, Cam’ron Ismail, Will Lannin-Sweet, Josh Nichols, Samuel Onyekachukwu and Alexei Rojas-Fedorushchenko will all depart. Like with Foord, the club have confirmed, however, that they remain in discussions with both Aleksander Marciniak and Joshua Ogunnaike regarding a contract agreement.
The club said in a statement on the club’s official website, “We thank all the players leaving us for their contributions to the club. You will always be part of the Arsenal Family, and we wish you all the best of health and happiness in your futures.
“Any further developments regarding players extending their contracts, as well as joining/re-joining, or leaving us, will be officially communicated when confirmed.”
In the men’s senior team, players with just one year remaining on their current deal include Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Jesus. Both Christian Norgaard and Gabriel Martinelli also have one more year; however, both players’ deals are understood to include an option to extend by a further season to 2028.
