PSG’s Bradley Barcola will no doubt be topic Liverpool fans should keep an eye on this summer.
The Frenchman has been tracked as a potential long‑term option for the right wing as the club plan for life after Mohamed Salah.
Losing that profile is not something any club, even one as well‑run as Liverpool, can simply shrug off. Instead, this summer becomes about rewriting the script in the final third and finding a new reference point for the right-hand side of the attack.
Liverpool even considered him back in the summer of 2025 but were busy with the signing of Alexander Isak so nothing materialised.

Taking to X, Fabrizio Romano has asserted that reports that Jorges Mendes is in talks with Liverpool over Barcola is false, with his agent actually being Moussa Sissoko:

His ability to play off either flank, carry the ball at pace and contribute to the press ticks a lot of boxes for what Liverpool want their next‑generation front line to look like.
Of course, deals at this level are complicated and nothing is guaranteed, but the direction of travel is clear: replacing Salah is not about finding a clone, it is about building a new attacking structure under Andoni Iraola.
