John Terry claims he played with an attacker at Chelsea who was better than Jude Bellingham

Chelsea legend John Terry has gone on record to say that he believes Eden Hazard was a better player than current England star Jude Bellingham.

The Real Madrid midfielder will be part of Thomas Tuchel’s England squad, where a notable amount of Chelsea players will not be present.

Reece James made the cut, although there was no place for Cole Palmer or Levi Colwill in the squad despite their own triumph in North America last summer.

A number of Chelsea attackers, including Pedro Neto and Nicolas Jackson, will be looking to have a similar impact to what Eden Hazard had during the 2018 tournament.

The Belgian was amongst the best players in world football at this stage, and Terry was asked to rank his former teammate up against current star Bellingham.
