DraftExpress scout Jonathan Givony shared the clips from the adidas EuroCamp in Treviso and the tape is turning heads. Oscar, a 6-foot-8 wing who turns 19 this year, averaged 10.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.0 block for Strasbourg in France's Espoirs league this season.
