“An Easy Choice”: QB Aaron Rodgers Leads Green Bay Packers to Elite Offensive Team Over Last 20 …

Over the last 20 seasons, the Green Bay Packers only won one Super Bowl title, but they have had many elite offenses which were led by quarterback Aaron Rodgers. He won many MVPs over that span in Green Bay and also won a Super Bowl MVP as well. Rodgers is one of the best passers the game has ever seen.

Rodgers was in Green Bay from 2005-2022, but he did not become the primary starting quarterback until the 2008 NFL season. His touchdown to interception ratio during his NFL career is insane. The 2026 NFL season is going to be the final season of his NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Rodgers also played for the New York Jets after playing for Green Bay as well.

Profootballfocus.com writer Nathan Jahnke created the Packers all offensive and defensive team over the last 20 years. To no surprise, Rodgers leads this offensive unit at the quarterback position. Jahnke said,

“The Packers’ offense was relatively straightforward to assemble. Aaron Rodgers served as Green Bay’s franchise quarterback for most of the past 20 seasons, making him an easy choice. His primary receiving targets during that span all earned spots on the roster, while Aaron Jones Sr. and Jermichael Finley were the clear selections at running back and tight end, respectively.”

The running back in this offense is Aaron Jones Sr. The wide receivers for this unit are Davante Adams, Greg Jennings, and Jordy Nelson. Green Bay’s receiving core was insane when Rodgers was the starting quarterback. Some other noticeable names that did not make this list at the wide receiver position were James Jones, Randall Cobb, and Donald Driver. JerMichael Finley and Tucker Kraft are the tight ends who made this team.

David Bakhtiari is the left tackle, Josh Sitton is the left guard, Corey Linsley is the center, T.J. Lang is the right guard, and Bryan Bulaga is the right tackle. The offensive line unit here is very underrated. One of the reasons why Green Bay didn’t win more Super Bowls with Rodgers was because of how bad the special teams and the defense was in the postseason time and time again.
