Buffalo Bills announce promotions in scouting department

The Buffalo Bills announced four promotions to their scouting department for 2026 on Thursday.

**Alonzo Dotson** has been named the assistant director of college scouting. Dotson joined the Bills in 2022 as a college national scout. The Bills video production team profiled Dotson's work as a scout this offseason during an episode of [“Buffalo Bills: Embedded”](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSqrYmExSTI).

**Tyler Pratt**, who has served as the southeast area scout the last four seasons, has been promoted to national scout. Pratt has been with the Bills staff since 2017.

**Kellyn Gerenstein** is now Buffalo's BLESTO scout. Gerenstein joined the Bills in 2024 as a scouting assistant. He previously worked as the director of high school recruiting for Boston College.

Additionally, **Gardner Temkin** has been named a scouting assistant.
