The San Antonio Spurs sensation intrigued everyone as it was observed that he reposted a video on TikTok that mocked De'Aaron Fox's Game 1 performance in the 2026 NBA Finals.
The video, which mocked Fox's struggles in Game 1 by comparing him to James Harden, generated thousands of reactions online.
However, the repost has since been removed from Harper's official TikTok account.
Fox struggled in his NBA Finals debut, dropping just seven points across 38 minutes in the Spurs' 105-95 loss. He just went 3-of-13 from the field with three turnovers.
Accordingly, many were puzzled after head coach Mitch Johnson elected to stick with Fox during Wednesday's crunch time and did not consider Harper to close it out for the Spurs.
The reigning No. 2 pick of last year's draft delivered a historic 16-point performance off the bench.
Down 0-1 against the Knicks, both Harper and Fox will be desperately needed by the Spurs to perform well for Friday's must-win Game 2.
