Andoni Iraola has been confirmed as Liverpool's new head coach - now, a big summer lies in wait.
The former Bournemouth boss was unveiled as Arne Slot's successor on Thursday, with the Reds having moved quickly to secure the 43-year-old.
He is reunited with sporting director Richard Hughes, having previously worked with him on the south coast, and now the pair will be working together to plan what is a crucial transfer window after a poor season for the club.
There's no doubt Liverpool is in need of some fresh faces over the next few months, especially with the likes of Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson and Ibrahima Konate having left.
It looks as though the club is already stepping up its efforts to land some new signings, with reports that contact has been made with RB Leipzig for Yan Diomande. Liverpool is said to be in a strong position to land the 19-year-old, although his current club is still determined to keep hold of him.

Andoni Iraola has been officially confirmed as Liverpool's new head coach, with the 43-year-old unveiled as Arne Slot's successor on Thursday.
Speaking to the club's media after his unveiling, Iraola said.
Really excited, really excited. Because obviously you know about Liverpool, you know that it’s a big club, a massive club, one of the biggest in the world.But feeling inside and understanding a little bit more of this club, I always thought it’s a special club. You don’t need a lot of things to get attracted by Liverpool. Liverpool is Liverpool.But obviously the atmosphere, the supporters, the club, the players, the chance for me to coach top-level players, the chance to fight for titles. I think it cannot be more attractive than this. It’s difficult to find it. So, really excited to start.
