Toure, the brother of another ex-Celtic coach in Kolo, is set to land the top job at Slovan Bratislava having held talks with the Slovakian side.
He is currently No.2 at Saudi Arabia and has also been an assistant Olympic Donetsk and Standard Liege after a spell in the academy at Tottenham Hotspur. He now looks set for his first gig as a manager.
And the Daily Record is reporting that Toure wants O'Dea as his assistant, with the Irishman having also travelled to Bratislava to be part of the talks.
The 39-year-old started his coaching career with Motherwell after retiring from playing and eventually moved back to Parkhead as under-18s manager. He then worked as B team coach and manager and then professional player pathway manager.
In June 2025, O'Dea joined Swansea City as assistant Alan Sheehan, before leaving after acting as caretaker manager for one game after Sheehan's dismissal.
