Chelsea news surrounding Zadok Yohanna is moving fast, with Brighton closing in on a verbal agreement and Newcastle submitting a bid for the highly rated Nigerian winger at AIK Solna.
Brighton and Newcastle lead early interest in Zadok Yohanna
As reported by TEAMtalk, Brighton were among the first clubs to identify Yohanna as a serious target. Their recruitment team moved early and have since progressed to the point of reaching a verbal agreement with AIK over a deal. Newcastle held talks over the winger, and Brentford, Crystal Palace and Sunderland have also registered interest.
As reported by the Goal, Yohanna lit up his debut AIK season with five goals and four assists, having arrived from the Ikon Allah academy just last year. Newcastle have not stepped back from the race. In fact, as reported by the Metro, they have submitted the highest bid so far, making them one of the most serious challengers to Brighton at this stage.

Chelsea news took a new turn when BlueCo were credited with readying a formal proposal, though they currently sit behind both Brighton and Newcastle in the race.
