Bears QB Caleb Williams celebrated at EA sports Madden NFL 27 event

After the Bears completed their biggest postseason comeback in franchise history, the iconic play went viral on social media, with fans and media comparing the silhouette of Williams throwing back across his body while in the air to Nike's famous Jumpman logo featuring Michael Jordan.

When EA SPORTS suggested that Williams' version of the Jumpman be featured on the Madden cover, the Bears quarterback loved the idea.

"That's the position I want to be in, but I also wanted to pay respect to [Jordan]," Williams said. "That's more of what it was. It was more of a respect thing, bringing retro back, not letting people forget that and doing it on my side of the world of football. So paying respect to that and him and what he was able to do in Chicago, I wanted to bring that energy, that vibe back. And I think we're on a track to do that and we've got to keep winning games."
