Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Green made it clear that he is choosing the New York Knicks to prevail in the championship series over the San Antonio Spurs.
"I think the Knicks are going to win," the Golden State Warriors star said.
"I like Steve [Kerr]. I've said too many things about the Knicks to come back now, so they'll hate me just like Steve."
It is an intriguing selection by Green, considering that he previously ripped the Knicks and doubted the team's chances to secure this year's NBA Finals.
Beyond Green, Steve Kerr is also another key Golden State figure who expressed support for the Knicks' title chase.
So far, Green's support for New York is working well, as the Knicks are already up 1-0 early heading to Friday's Game 2 of the NBA Finals.
