Arsenal are looking at a potentially transformative summer transfer window, with reports claiming that some key members of the squad could leave in the coming months.
That's because, despite the Gunners sealing the Premier League title for the first time in 22 years, the club are not content with it being a one-time achievement.
There is a desire to build a dynasty at the Emirates Stadium, and that means there aren't just some important decisions to make with incoming transfers, but some ruthless choices to come with exits as well.
One of those who could leave is a player who has been a good servant for Arsenal since joining the club, but may need to part ways to keep the team evolving.
Arsenal Open To Leandro Trossard Exit
Leandro Trossard
According to a report from the Daily Briefing, Arsenal are open to offers for Leandro Trossard in the summer transfer window, as the versatile forward could leave the club.
The 31-year-old is entering the final year of his contract with the Gunners, and it is claimed to be an important factor behind the decision to sanction a possible exit.
Premier League clubs are showing interest, along with other clubs in Europe, as the Belgian international could be available to bolster their own ranks.
It would represent a ruthless move from Arsenal, as Trossard has cemented his place as a cult hero at the Emirates Stadium since joining back in 2023.
The forward was a bargain transfer deal from Brighton, signed at just £20 million up front with £7 million in add-ons, a fee he has paid back with his displays.
Trossard has 174 appearances to his name at Arsenal, which includes 36 goals and 34 assists, many of which have come at important times in games.
Mikel Arteta has previously outlined his love for the reliable star, when he said back in 2024: "Trossard, great player. He's a little magician.
"He can score on any surface, and he's a big threat; so composed, so cool, he can play in different positions. It's just a joy to have him in the team."
If Arsenal do wave goodbye to Trossard, then they need to find someone who can fill his role and then take the team to the next level.

Arsenal Need Forward Improvements
Mikel Arteta
Mikel Arteta
If there is one thing Arsenal can improve on in the summer transfer window, it's the quality available to Arteta in the forward ranks.
The Gunners are setup well to defend and win through fine margins, but lack the firepower to take a game away from the opposition with several goals.
While it would be ruthless to sell Trossard, as well as someone like Gabriel Martinelli or Gabriel Jesus, it may be needed to evolve the team to the next level.
The left wing is a particular area of focus, with the Gunners lacking the same consistency on that side as someone like Bukayo Saka on the right.

Arsenal are looking to make an impact in the transfer market, which could lead to some sales as well as signings.
There has been reliability on the left, especially out of possession, but now appears to be the time for Arsenal to take a risk with a forward who can break a game open.
There have been several links in the market, particularly to Rafael Leao and Bradley Barcola, but it remains to be seen who may be the one to transform the attacking options available.
