The New York Knicks moved within two wins of an NBA championship Friday night, but Mitchell Robinson provided one of the lighter moments following the team’s Game 2 victory over the San Antonio Spurs.
Robinson spoke with reporters after the win and explained how he stays relaxed around his teammates. The veteran center referenced his love of country music and joked about the rest of the Knicks’ locker room during his postgame media availability. SNY Knicks shared Robinson’s humorous response on X, formerly Twitter, after the win in San Antonio.
“I love my country music. That's all I listen to. Dealing with these guys, they don't listen to it. That's why I got my headphones now. Maybe if they listened to it too they would understand, but they're silly”
