The question Cleveland has been sitting with ever since Monday is whether the Browns can still compete in 2026 with a rebuilt offense and no elite pass rusher anchoring the other side of the ball.
On the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show Friday, Garrett Bush made his case that the answer is yes, and he named every piece to back it up.
"If I can get a first-time head coach, Todd Monken bringing a new energy. If I can get Shedeur Sanders, I could potentially find a franchise quarterback in the fifth round. Are you cr--y?" Bush said. "I already got my young tight end in Harold Fannin Jr. who broke records last year. Quinshon Judkins is a guy we moved on from Nick Chubb. If Jerry Jeudy don't wanna catch the rock, we're not about to invest in that neither. We got two receivers, and we already got Isaiah Bond that was playing last year. You see what we're cooking? They already told you they liked Brailsford. They already put Fano in the first unit. You all see it?"
What Fano and Brailsford at first-unit reps actually means for Cleveland's offensive line
The two are the foundation of Bush's argument about the line. Spencer Fano, the No. 9 overall pick out of Utah and winner of the 2025 Outland Trophy, has been taking first-unit reps at left tackle throughout OTAs.
Garrett Bush outlined several reasons for Browns fans to be excited about the offense, pointing to the arrival of Todd Monken, the potential of Shedeur Sanders, and an influx of promising young talent across the roster.

Parker Brailsford, a fifth-round center out of Alabama, has been working with the first unit at center while Elgton Jenkins continues to recover from the injury that ended his 2025 season. Monken himself acknowledged the rookies are being eased in, but eased in at the first-unit level.
Fannin led the Browns with 72 catches, 731 yards, and six touchdowns as a rookie tight end in 2025. Judkins was productive before a midseason injury. Bond posted Cleveland's best PFF receiver grade at 72.4.
